There is an annual cycle now in place across England where a range of local partnerships complete adult drug treatment plans, young people’s specialist substance misuse treatment plans and drug treatment plans for prisons in receipt of IDTS funding.

These plans outline how the partnerships aim to commission and manage treatment services using central and local sources of funding. These plans form the basis for joint performance of treatment systems by the NTA with the local partnerships to monitor progress against drug strategy priorities at local, regional and national level.

Treatment plans are available for each of the 149 partnerships in England from the relevant regional pages.
