New feedback function available for service users to report difficulties in accessing residential rehabilitation

In line with Building Recovery in Communities, the NTA is committed to ensuring that service users have access to an appropriate range of treatment and recovery options, including residential rehab.

Rehab Watch has been set up so that we can be aware of any difficulties that service users have experienced in accessing rehab.

By completing a simple form, service users can let us know what the problem is and we can make sure that their query is dealt with appropriately.

With their consent, any feedback that is submitted to us will be shared by our local teams with the appropriate commissioner for resolution. (Please remember to check the box to allow us to do this.)

Before submitting the form, service users are advised to thoroughly discuss treatment options with their treatment provider and to read the information about residential rehab that is available on Rehab Online.

Rehab Watch is available from the home page and from the service user pages of the NTA website and will also soon be available on Rehab Online.
