There is an annual cycle now in place across England where a range of local partnerships complete drug treatment plans for prisons in receipt of IDTS funding.
These plans outline how the partnerships aim to commission and manage treatment services using central and local sources of funding. These plans form the basis for joint performance of treatment systems by the NTA with the local partnerships to monitor progress against drug strategy priorities at local, regional and national level.
The IDTS treatment plans are available by prison in each region.
