The South West is the largest Government Office area in England with a mixture of urban centres, coastal towns and dispersed rural communities.
Substance misuse - though clustered around the larger urban areas such as Bristol, Plymouth, Gloucester and Bournemouth - affects all parts of the region and impacts on the health of the individual, affects their family and friends, as well as driving related crime and anti-social behaviour.
