The System Change Pilots quarterly networking events brought together representatives from the seven pilot areas, the National Management Board, the independent evaluators NatCen and the National Project Team.

The aim of these was to enable pilot sites to update each other on individual project progress, sharing information including best practice and key learning. These events also featured updates from the National Project Team, Management Board and NatCen, providing all those involved with the opportunity to debate the commissioning and delivery of new ways of working.
