Users are now advising DATs, throughout the South East, and the NTA regional team on a range of issues including tendering exercises, ongoing monitoring of services and training needs. This will result in the planning and delivery of services that are more responsive to the needs of their users.

The chair of the regional user advisory group sits on the NTA regional management group which gives a strategic steer to DATs and DAT member agencies in the region.
